November Update - We will remain operating and we are pleased to confirm that we have a small team available to fulfil web orders for those customers still able to trade. We have only a skeleton team of staff on the premises, to meet best practice for social distancing during the ongoing pandemic, and are therefore offering a slower despatch time than normal. We are preparing orders strictly in the order they are received, and are unable to offer any same day despatch at this time.
Due to the reduced staff levels on site we are unable to accept telephone orders or enquiries at this time. Please submit orders online and send any other query via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Orders for collection must be made at least 24 hours in advance and payment processed via BACS or over the phone. We will be unable to add to, or amend orders at time of collection to minimise contact.
Orders paid after 11am may leave the following day due to earlier carrier collections. If there is disruption in transit it is taking longer to resolve as carriers customer service teams are generally working from home and not in their normal call centres.
